I am guessing that a "potato bag" is one of those "as seen on TV" miracles since a search on-line doesn't identify a specific product. Did the seller provide instructions? Have you tried it and were dissatisfied with the result? My off-the-cuff answer would be that potatoes were never intended to be grown in a bag so even if you follow instructions meticulously you should not expect the kind of yield that the miracle of television suggests.
I agree. Potatoes were meant to be grown in the ground not a bag.
