baking soda
Any of the enzyme products made for this problem in the house. There are also products to help breakdown the waste in a yard at pet stores. You could try vinegar in that area as long as there are no plants or grass is the area that it will kill.
Farm store -- 'Dairy Lime' it's a fine, white powder; sprinkle liberally in area, rake in; won't hurt the dogs but don't let the powder get in their (or your ) eyes/nose ... reapply as needed
Rinse down daily. I have 7 dogs right now in the back yard. Boy dogs are worse than girl dogs. I run the sprinklers for a couple minutes. And every evening.
