Believe it or not, Gorilla Tape is a quick fix. It comes in clear. For something more permanent, buy Bondo which is a two part epoxy. Sand around the hole, lightly. Mix Bondo up, smooth onto hole and sand after it's dry. It will not be the color of the car, but you can buy a paint pen at any local auto parts store (you can even special order). Cost for Bondo and paint pen is no more than $35. Good luck.
Visit your local automotive store, and see what they can fix you up with. You might have to sand the rust before you use touch-up paint. Your dealership should have the exact color, it comes in a bottle about the size of a nail polish bottle.

Duct tape now comes in clear, too. Use extrafine sandpaper to remove the flaking rust. If you can find a bit of paint, even latex, color the rest of the rust and any scratches around it. Then put on the clear tape. If you have one rust hole, you need to look for others. A wax job, even one from a drive through car wash, will help some to prevent rust if you do find more rust, go with Bondo. And start saving for a paint job or a different vehicle. 😇💖
Gorilla or duct tape should hold it together :)
