Aluminium windows that are facing sun changes the colour and become pale quick. How to restore the original colour without damaging the aluminium?

You can paint them. The sun, wind, rain can be brutal. If you want to get real fancy, take to an auto body shop or car restoration shop.
I would use a brush on Rustoleum metallic paint in aluminum or any other color, as long as you are consistent on the same side of your house. 😇💞
