I have seen pictures of dish racks bent and installed on the inside of kitchen cabinets. It's easy access to small bottles or cans. Great for spices too.
Here are some excellent products:

Lazy Susan's, draws on rollers, that you pull out. See if you can put an extra shelf here or there on the wall. Sort out your draw that has things like a wooden spoon, flipper, spatula, tongs, etc. You will be surprised how some of those things you never use. Clean that out. Check for out dated food, and any supplies for baking that have expired. Buy some draw dividers, so things are in their place. Don't save jars, more people do this and never use them. Try some contact paper on the shelves, if your up to it. Rearrange shelves for easy access. Good Luck!
removeable stands - Baskets - Back of door hangers.....
i have my spices on small lazy susans, separated by those I use to make sweets, or sauce, the other has my brine, marinade, grill and dehydrated. My really large bottles have shelf go their own. I do use lazy susan(s ) under my sink as well.
I added shelves to a couple cabinets so there was less wasted vertical space then used bins to corral like items like spices, dry bean/pasta, snacks, baggies and so on. No more floppy bags or tiny tins that get lost in the back of the cabinet and I find it easier to rummage around a bin on the counter than in the cabinet. I cut down boxes to use as drawers in cabinets for kitchen towels and foil/plastic wrap/wax paper. Cover boxes with shelf paper and they look okay for a number of years. The one for towels is splitting, guess a new box needs to be found. I think it's 10 years old now.
Before I did all that I purged. We did not need 5 vegetable peelers, 3 can openers, 12 sets of bowls, 4 rice paddles and expired instant pudding mixes! Moved nearly all the small appliances out of the kitchen as well. They were just getting shoved to the back of the cabinets if not used monthly or so.
