I travel to Bali a few times a year and I love the art however some to large to Bring home so buying it taken off the frame is easier :/ but then I have to reframe so this is how I did it . So as the father in law was here to stay I had him hold a few bits also :)
Measure the lengths or the art works sides
Cut the lengths making a 45 degree angle to size
layed our peices On the art work to make sure it was the right fit and made any adjustments at that point
we prepared the next step and found it easier to lay it on the ground to attach the corrugated fasteners
We hammered the fasteners in place and worked our way around attaching each corner father in law came in handy here :D he nailed this in while I held it in place
we layed the art upside down and layed the frame we made ontop we started on the long side 1st and used the staple gun to attach and made staples about 1.5 inch apart all the way along then do the other long side. Pulling firm along the length
Then do a corner and tuck it in neatly before u staple it down into the frame , and start working along the shorter side rembering to pull firm along the way
the final short edges being stapled down
Flip over and “all done “
Find a place to pop your new art work :) I’m so happy with this I will now buy more art work and do this now I have nailed it :)
