Sometimes rather than just pushing the drawer in straight you need to tilt the drawer first then push in

Look at the slide that is attached to the cabinet. You'll notice an opening in the upper ledge of it. Fit the drawer onto the tract, allowing the drawer piece to slip down into that gap...sometimes you'll be fitting rollers into the gap...sorry, writing from memory and I need to be asleep so hope this makes sense.
The draw might be off the track. Take everything out of the draw, and see why it won't go in smooth. There are wheels that they glide on, make sure the wheel is in the proper place.
