What do you want to do with them? You can dry and use for crafts, compost them, bag and dispose.
Be sure not to plant them anywhere near your foundation or sidewalks, the roots tear them apart.
If you are taking about using them for mulch, yes you can, but they would breakdown faster if they are shredded. We have a blower that has a shredder vacuum attachment that works great, then I cover the gardens with that each fall. In the spring I till it all under.
You can use them to make beautiful garden wreaths!
