Are you trying to kill it? If so, water it every day, 3-4 times per day and about an hour. If not, water it only once a month.

Oleanders are very hardy. Here in California, they are often used for highway beautification. They require little watering or maintenance. Your question is a little vague, but I hope I helped. BTW: You know these are poisonous to people and pets, right?

Here in Florida my Oleanders are in full sun and depend on nature for fertilizer and water most of the time. Only problem is some ugly orange colored caterpillars that must be controlled or you won't see flowers.

Boy, I must have already been asleep when I was typing this one! I meant when winter hits which for us will be this weekend. We'll be dropping into the 30's and I've often wondered if I watered it won't the water freeze too? So technically my question should have been...."If my Oleander is in-ground and blooming so beautifully, winter for us is here, so should I just keep watering it even though temps drop below freezing?
