tried tea tree and dish soap, sprays, nothing works.

Are they in post or planted in the ground

soap water in a spray bottle . Don't spray it in the sun it will make the leaves burn.

So what do I need to do to get rid of them? is there something we can put on the soil to kill the bugs?? cheri
