Hudson Designs on Jun 12, 2011Hello Roslyn, 1st check with any H.M.O. in the neighborhood to be sure it is allowed. Next will be the property line and set back distance. Will local codes be met? If it is not in the code then a variance could be asked for. provided the areas is not over electrical or gas lines.Helpful Reply
