Forget oil rubbed bronze, the latest trend in hardware is gold! Gold knobs and drawer pulls add shine to your home, and are an affordable upgrade. The kitchen and bathroom will benefit from gold hardware, sure, but laundry rooms, offices, and even bedrooms are where gold will have the most impact.
Below are our favorite examples of gold hardware in the home. See more on the National Builder Supply blog: http://www.nationalbuildersupply.com/blog/home-trends/trend-watch-hardware-that-glitters-is-gold/

Gold and white is a trendy color combination, and this bathroom exemplifies why! Gold hardware ties in nicely with the gold faucet and lighting, and breaks up the white on white of the subway tile. Photo Source: http://goo.gl/T1BFqK

not a chance... Any where I've seen this it looks dated. AND it's just a matter of time before the gold finish starts to show wear. I'm sticking to brushed silver and nickel....it's timeless
