Once you have your object clean you can start spraying. You may want to make designs and to do that place the object on (string, rubber bands, foam letters, shapes with adhesive backing, tape, any item that can be removed after the spray dries.
You can get a frosted look with elmer's glue, food coloring, and a small amount of water. Just paint it on with a small paint brush.
