Need a little more info as to what the "plug hole " is
I would suggest a very small drill bit but that really depends on the "plug hole"
Pour hot water in it, and then use a pipe cleaner in it to clean it out.
Pour a cup of the white vinegar down the plug hole, on top of the baking soda. You should be able to see or hear the mixture start to bubble away, hopefully breaking down some of the debris that's causing your blocked bath or shower.
I usually pour some boiling water before and after to help move everything along too
