Light and Bright Neutral Nursery
by

Our old guest room used to look like a bat cave. It was so dark, so when we decided to make it into a nursery I made sure to make it as bright as possible. I love how it turned out. I added board and batten to the walls and painted them and the ceiling. I added a lot of white elements into the room to help also. I love how beautiful it turned out!
Adding the white to the tops of the wall and ceiling made a huge difference. I also love this lamp in the corner, adds the perfect whimsy.
This was the dark guest room before
The white accents made a big difference, too.
Most of the items in here are either thrifted or handed down (besides the crib and chair).
The board and batten was also added to give a little more interest into the room.
