How to clean a fire place metal frame screen and metal tools?

Does any one know how to clean these, I want to sell them. The metal is black with a rust look enclosed picture

This is the back, to show you it's black and brown
you could purchase Rustoleum black spray paint to make them look new.
Use BAR KEEPERS FRIEND cleaner and polish. Use the powder... not the liquid.
also toothpaste! It really DOES work!!
