All you can do is replace the area or the whole plywood sheet. If you just replace the rotten spot, make sure you cut it out with a wide margin of good wood so that the rot doesn't travel back into the replaced section.
Take a photo of it to Home Depot, carpenters there can help a lot.
Cut out the rotted portion and replace it or replace the whole board
Where is this area? Take out the piece of rotten plywood, and replace it with a new one.
There is some stuff that is a 2 part epoxy mixture. I saw it used on This Old House, go to Home Depot and ask. It depends on where the damage is located. Is it load bearing, etc.?
