What kinds of fast-growing shrubs are good to plant around the inside perimeter of a back yard in the South? We are finally getting a decent fence installed, and while some areas are filled in nicely with azaleas and a few evergreens, there are places that either are barren or the existing hedges will have to be cut out to install the fence.
