    Peroxide can work... I have use car seat upholstery cleaner and then my hand held steam cleaner...

    Launder your waterproof mattress cover in the washing machine in cold or warm water, on a gentle or delicate setting. Use a bleach-free laundry detergent -- bleach can damage the waterproof backing of some covers. After washing, tumble-dry the cover on a low-heat setting.

    Try baking soda and peroxide. The baking soda will neutralize the odor in the peroxide should take the stains out

    The actual cover sewn to the mattress can be cleaned with an upholstery attachment on a steamer used for carpet. They also make small upholstery cleaners. If you mean the removable type, try Oxyclean.
