do you mean that a breaker tripped/flipped to off
you may have a bad circuit get an electrician to come out and evaluate. But first re set the breaker if al is powered, good. No power..call for the electrician.
Check the circuit breaker box to make sure one has not been accidentally turned off before going through the expense of a electrician

Your question is definitely not clear at all. However I'll take a shot. After a remodel, we had two outlets that would not work, with all circuit breakers set. Upon finally calling the electrician, he discovered that the dry wall installers had covered an outlet , before it was wired, thus, all outlets on that circuit would not work. cutting a hole in the dry wall to release that outlet, and connecting it, solved the issue.
