Cracks plural, call a mason, before it get worse. It's part of your property, and that includes the value of your house.
For cracks that are on the smaller side - I have used this product from Quickrete with success on our former driveway. You simply squeeze it in the cracks and smooth the surface.
Home Depot has a product you can easily use for that. Talk to the people in the lumber department and they will be able to get you the right product and also hints on the easiest way to do it.
I have used dry concrete with some success. Sweep it into the cracks like you would sand over and between pavers, then lightly wet with hose. Sets over time like grout.
