Noto sure what you are asking, but I have seen swings made from bed forms. Bolted to a porch ceiling very securely with a back to lean on and covered in outdoor material. A pretty cool swing/hammock!
Not sure what you need answered. Are you trying to make a bed for the porch? Here's one that may give you an idea.

The only difference between a twin and a queen is the size and the weight.
The hanging hardware would need to be beefy-er and the support at the attachment points would need to be augmented to carry more weight.
You also might have to augment the frame and have more than 4 attachment points. The "mattress" could be done in 2 parts for easier winter storage... and should be covered in a water proof material anyway.
Assuming you want to use it ON an existing porch, the above ideas for swings are great and you could also make a really nice bench with it.
