Should i remove my hydrangea hit by frost or wait until spring

you can leave it, or cut it back to about 2 foot.

No bounce back. They die in fall. You'll have to wait til spring.

They do come back - but I put mine in pots and bring them inside during the winter.

I am in zone 7, the hydrangea leaves recently died back on all my plants with nightime frost.

These hydrangeas will come back every year despite looking very sad right now. Same with my peonies.

They come back. Don't prune til spring if possible. The branch tips will take the worst of the winter damage. Then cut back to first new leaves in spring. If you cut back too hard now you may be cutting off next year's growth.

I trim mine back about 12 above ground. Depends where you live.
