Replace it.......or Line it -
Fixing it depends on the size of the cracks and what the tank is used for... some epoxies that can be used to repair concrete are toxic to drinking water (for cattle or pets or pond fish)... when we needed to repair hairline cracks in our concrete fountain... we use swimming pool paint.
John is correct. You didn't say what the tank is used for or what size it is, but it's different with water than just a cracked planter. There is a lot of pressure pushing on the sides of your tank. If replacing it is not an option then check Yard and Tractor or a similar store and see what they can order for you or someone who welds and have a liner made.
Go to an ACE hardware,or TrueValue and request information on Ames products. They produce waterproofing products that are used in various applications, its worth a shot.
