Preserving Flowers?

I have seen many flowers lately that are "preserved" and not "dried"-I don't want dried. Does anyone know how to "preserve" flowers (especially roses"? Many thanks!

I only know the drying method but here's videos that show several ways: https://youtu.be/3U2-Hr42m4U and https://youtu.be/uDuId6H8mPU The second video shows how to preserve with their color the same as the day that you began the preservation.

I came across a video on YouTube ( looking for something else) but anyway, it showed a Japanese age old way of preserving flowers. It was interesting. Also there was one way that used silicone ( I think). Go to YouTube and do a search; preserving flowers using the technique of early Japanese culture.

Silica Gel. Carefully bury the flowers face up in this powder. They will dry looking fresh. I don't know how to preserve flowers so that they remain moist.
