Just use those over window/ hair dryer plastic things that you put on with a hair dryer. It’s an inexpensive fix. You can’t see them if they are done correctly.

Perhaps the window itself was NOT installed into the frame, PROPERLY. OR, there maybe a error in the frame, or, the window may need putty, to hold the glass in, to prevent any water from coming in. Best wishes, J.
Ok hear goes never tried this but I'd like to this year. Someone posted this. They take bubble wrap spray your window with plan water 💦. And press the wrap to the window. They say it does stick to the window and easy to just pull off. I'd probably pop my bubbles before getting them on the window. Lol just kidding I like to do that. And I'm just not sure how it would look. Good luck if you try this.
You can use clear plastic kits to put on the windows in winter. Or you can put up bubble wrap for the winter. It really insulates and you can leave an area like the top or one side bare to see out in one small section like 6 inches vertical or across the top, or in kids room across the bottom. WE used packing tape to put it up
Caulk..comes in lots of colors, even clear
FlexSeal and weatherstripping are great, but make sure the door fits in the frame as much as you are able. Keep a rug, towel, more weatherstripping—whatever necessary, on the inside of the main door. Wind can blow the cold air through any opening. Best wishes 😇
