Can you call the Agent or Seller of your Home to find out or find an Electrician who may be able to help you........
Chances are you will need to just start testing, as most (and I use this term loosely), are connected to a switch somewhere in the house. All mine are motion and connected by a switch if needed. You can also check your breaker box. If all else fails call in an electrician to come help. When I sell a house, I leave a notebook with all instruction manuals and warranties for anything that stays with the house, service records for things like chimney sweep or appliance repairs along with my cell number so they can contact me with any questions. Too bad others are not as thoughtful.
We have a security light in our yard that can only be turned off at the breaker box that is on the pole beneath the light. It is possible that your security lights don't have switches. I would start at the box and figure out which breakers control them.
if it's not coming on, it may be the bulb has gone, or the sensor is faulty or set wrongly. many people do not know how to adjust the sensors, which is why they end up with lights coming on during the day. you could try and google it (other search engines are available). hope you get them sorted soon.
Google the model number on the manufacturer's website.
