I think you will have a hard time separating these. E6000 bonds really well, and will most likely damage the pot or glass when you try to remove them.

it says is is slightly water soluble. You can try soaking it for a few days.
A terra cotta saucer is usually cheap. I would break that one off. Or ask yourself, who is really going to notice that the glass is off center?
