What kind of tv do you have?
Most hardware stores and home centers sell a turntable base. It is a metal base that spins around. Just buy one of those and attach it to a piece of plywood with screws. Paint or stain the plywood to match your decor. It should work perfectly. Be sure to check the weight rating on the base to make sure it is heavy enough to support the weight of your TV.
Depending on the weight of the TV, you might consider getting a lazy susan for the job. They’re fairly cheap and you can paint them to match whatever it’s going to be sitting on. You can sometimes find them at garage and yard sales or at a flea market. But if you’re not that lucky, you can probably purchase them at a department or hardware store.
Buy a large Lazy Susan or something stronger........
Buy turntable hardware and attach to your own top of wood or metal, even plexiglass..... https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=turntable+hardware+lowes&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
