Sound interesting... should not be hard to replicate... it should probably start with the vessel sink you want to use...there should be lots of sources on line.
I would Google search "glass vessel sinks" to find one you like.. then follow the links to check prices... and don't forget Ebay... you can usually save money there and get the one you like... some with free shipping.
Then decide what kind of base you want... lots of ideas there too.
