Take an 18" strand of ribbon. Put the nds together, then at the curve in the ribbon, push one side upward to make a loop. Staple the loop leaving the top side shorter than the other. Then push the shorter side up toward the loop to make a smaller loop. Staple. Push the short side up one more time, making the smallest loop. Staple. It should look like a hair pin. If the back ribbon is not as shiny as the front, give the back ribbon a twist below the staples. Tape the ribbon on your package with adhesive tape under the big loop, the stapled section, and below the staples. 😇
