Painting Tile Floor- Can this be done?

My bathroom tile by builder is cheap and not sealed. It’s 1” sq. grouted which is discolored. Intended to be white, I’d like a white shiny durable surface. Can this be done? What products could accomplish this? I can’t afford new flooring. Thank you.

Is the tile ceramic or vinyl

I think it’s glazed cement to look like tile. Partly worn off surface looks like cement. It would be fine if smooth shiny white and easy to clean. It is a large room so I would do half at a time. Utility area with front load washer and dryer and utility closet and then the other side single sink but wide vanity, stool, tub/shower and linen closet. Thank you for any advice. Just can’t go thru taking up and relaying tile when all I want is white anyway. 🤔

Paint with Artist brush. White Gloss finish.

Clean all the floor completely, even taking off any quarterround and baseboard. If the caulk I'd not coming off, I'd paint the whole floor, caulk and all. You can deal with a clear sealer that is labeled, "never yellows". But let the paint cure at least 24-48 hours before the sealer is applied. Give the sealer the same amount of time to cure. This is for a floor that will last for years. 😇

No wood quarter round or baseboard. It’s white tile that is of much higher quality than floor—I’d like the floor to look like it. Thank you!

Sorry but this to me is not fixable.Suggestion for you is to research vinyl planking in the white color and finish
