Find a dresser that is the correct height and dimensions of the area. Cut out the top drawers on the inside of the cabinet, but glue/nail the actual drawers in place in the front of the cabinet. Find the sink you want and cut a hole the size of the sink (make a pattern out of paper). Big job but can be very nice if done correctly. Follow the links that the others posted.
