What is the best way to preserve the hydrangeas I dried?

Stick them I a vase so they are not touching each other. Or bundle them and hand them upside down in a cool place like a garage.

Once they are dried, they will not crush any more than other dried flowers. Remember they are organic material, so they will mold. They hold up for a while, but not years. I have heard people spraying the with hair spray. They will break more easily, the older they get. This is something to enjoy for a few months, not a few years.
