The easiest is to buy some molding at your local home center and nail or glue it around the mirror. Some people create frames around mirrors using seashells, glass nuggets or other interesting small objects. If it is a rental property, tack an artificial vine around the edges, or attach a pretty wide ribbon with repositionable glue.
