Get an expert in or Ask at your local windscreen repair shop. or If all else fails try Clear Bathroom Sealant.........?
Most contractors will tell you to replace the skylight because that puts money in their pocket. You might be able to get a windshield repair company to attempt it.
It won't be pretty -- but neither are the spider cracks. I'd use a clear silicone caulk. Make sure you follow the directions.
I would go to Tap Plastics they will have the proper sealant for your skylight.
