Using clear silicone fix the glass to the frame. Throw away the backing. Then using the silicone glue the frames to a square shape.

I saw a DIY where 4 frames were glued together to create a box. Then 2 smaller frames were glued to each other at an angle (like a V) They were set on top of the 4 frames to look like an A frame roof. The "roof" came on and off so that you could put a candle in the "frame box" You can paint so that all the frames match.
