I would try using a pressure washer, first without chemicals, then if need be with a cement cleaner
Try pouring Coke on it, let stand for 15-20 min and scrub with and outdoor broom.

Hi Carol. The stains should fade in time, but a pressure washer will remove them. You can also seal the concrete so in the future the leaves shouldn't stain it.
If you don't have a power washer, soap and hot water and then scrub.
Thanks for all the great solutions everyone!
Try spraying some Super Clean on it, let it sit for a few minutes, scrub a little then rinse off. That stuff cleans everything. You can purchase at Walmart or any local Auto parts store.
