I already used natural products as vinegar, soda, etc and it doesn't help.
Hi Betty, it sounds like it must be your faucets rusting that is causing the stain. Make sure and replace your rusty faucets first. After that I found the best thing to remove stains from porcelain is a paste made of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. Make the paste thick enough that you can put it on there and leave it at least 24 hours. Wipe it off, scrub hard with vinegar and repeat.

Hi Betty. You can use CLR to remove the rust.
Hello Betty — Whatever product you use to remove the rust, be sure to check that it won’t do damage to your porcelain. Click on the link below and read through the suggestions there. It is specifically for removing rust from porcelain :

If the porcelain is chipped the you would need to sand the rust the use appliance touch up paint.
They make little epoxy repair kits, you can find in most hardware or home stores. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_c_1_10?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=porcelain+repair+kit&sprefix=porcelain+%2Caps%2C238&crid=1XA500FHVDFEM
If your sinks are cast iron you have to treat/remove the rust and cover those spots with an oil based porcelain touch up. Anything waterbased will just promote the rust.
Betty J. Parise, the same suggestions that GrandmasHouseDIY gave for the faucets will work for the overflow holes. After you get them nice and clean, use a small brush and white acrylic paint (if your sink is white). Coat as much of the overflow and downward as you can reach, including the edge you can see. Let it dry for at least a couple of hours before it gets wet. Fingernail polish is great for this! And easy to reapply. Best wishes 😇
