  • What are you looking for in a small kitchen? Cabinets? Decor? Furniture placement? Colors?

Here's a small kitchen I did this last summer in my mom's little guest house. One thing I would like to add is a skinny pull out cabinet/pantry beside the refrigerator for even more storage :)

On the Hometalk.com site, like this page, at the top is a Search box in which you can type in โ€œsmall kitchenโ€. On the left where the three bars are, is a list of all the Topics. Click on a topic and you will see a list of specific subtopics. I would click on and scan through everything related. There are Remodeled To and Remodeled From (or something like that) and I would look at both categories. Also, across the top are Topics listed. Look at all the choices. There are different articles under each one. And, in addition, you can do what you did to ask questions. In the Q. box, keep it short and sweet, โ€œTiny Storage In Kitchenโ€ or โ€œHelp for My Tiny Kitchen?โ€ Right under that bar is where you elaborate. Your first Q. Title ran out of space and you continued to the next Q. Box. Better to put the details under the Q. box, and you can even include photos. Happy Hunting! ๐Ÿ˜‡

When I am trying to work on storage options to make a small kitchen more functional for one of my clients, I use Pinterest for ideas.... https://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?rs=ac&len=2&q=small%20kitchen%20ideas&eq=small%20kitchen&etslf=8049&term_meta[]=small%7Cautocomplete%7Cundefined&term_meta[]=kitchen%7Cautocomplete%7Cundefined&term_meta[]=ideas%7Cautocomplete%7Cundefined

My house is over 100 years old and my kitchen is what was once the pantry. It is 7' X 12' but the counters/appliances come out of the 7' width. Other than having new appliances and a new ceiling, & countertops, this kitchen is what it was, the beadboard is original (other than on ceiling). The floor is the original pine. I use every square inch. Doorways and windows have shelving over them, there is a pot "garage" between the stove hood and the cabinets above it, There is a narrow shelf between the window and the cupboard and a handmade (by non-carpenter me) to hold spices, meds. I'm not sure what Agnes wants to know but if it is utilizing every nook and cranny, this is one answer.
