Formula to make drippy looking snow on Xmas decorations.

I have seen directions somewhere on how to use Epsom salts to make snow. I have forgotten what it was. Formula needs to have along life span.

Drippy looking icicles can be made by using hot glue and letting it ....drip. Sprinkle with snow or glitter if you like.
