Take them down and stick them in the bath tub... or take them outside an hang on a clothes line, spray with all purpose cleaner and spray with hose to rinse off ... leave hanging til dry
If they are not super dirty, just use a duster brush over them from the top down and then flip the blinds in the opposite direction and do the same thing from the top down. Shake out the duster brush every now and again outside.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

Exactly what Marty said but you can also use soap and water. Summer is the best time to do it because it dries fast!
Take down. Submerge in a bath tub of ammonia water.
