My gardens soil is like clay. Which makes it hard for flowers to grow.

Plants grow but I have to keep the soil moist constantly. Is there anything I can do

Rototill,or spade it loose,add sand and top soil,and till it until you have desirable loam
Peat moss worked for me.
gypsum helps crumble the clay also. Buy it from garden stores.
raised beds- you get to chose the soil mix for planting.
Look into mulching
Amend it with plenty of compost. You can lighten up the texture of the clay by also adding a bit of sand, but the most important ingredient is the compost.
