I have had cars in the past that needed weight in the back end during the winter so I didn't get stuck. In a medium sized car I put about a hundred pounds of water softener salt in the back part of the trunk. In the spring I gave it to my parents to use in their water softener. In a full sized truck you should probably double that with half on each side right around the wheel wells. You could use sand, salt, or even potting soil that you could use the next spring.
