Ikea sells decking for balcony floors. It's called "Runnen" and it's rather inexpensive, $3.44 per square foot.
Home Depot also sells a variety of deck tiles. Go to their website and view them.

if it is exposed to the weather, there are lots of great 'indoor-outdoor' rugs! not very expensive and the ones I have on my deck have lasted for years!!
