how about a semi diy project....arround Christmas time paint your own wood ornaments show up on the shelves...paint and brushes provided. Then there is the plane JANE builds gussied up with dimensional paint,,or wrapped in a chroched pattern.
Pinterest is my best source for finding DIY Christmas ornaments. Basically you can make ornaments out of just about anything: puzzle pieces, light bulbs, plastic bottles and even egg cartons. Good luck.
