That depends on whether the fireplace is for heat or for looks. If it’s for heat, you want the blower. If it’s for looks, you might like the appearance of a regular fireplace better.

I would add the blower. You always have the option of using it or not.
Depends also on the size of the room. A blower might literally drive you out of the room With too much heat.
