Elbow grease and a damp sponge.
Look on the container of grout sealer, it should tell you how to clean it up.
Sorry. I missed the meaning of your question. If you still have the container, a phone call to the maker might help you. There are all kinds of harsh removers but they may damage your tile.
Thank you again! I am not on location right now. When I get back the end of next month, I will follow your recommendation.
I even considered removing and replacing all the tile, but that would cost way over $10,000!!! What a mistake I made! I am so mad at my self. Hear me world: Don't ever do, what I did!
Yes, when you get home, just call the manufacturer. Lysol is a disinfectant so don’t use that as it won’t work; save your money; and Comet or Ajax, etc. will just scratch your tile so I’d avoid that too. Maybe turpentine might help BUT please call the company first.
Don’t beat yourself up ... we all do things sometime down the road that we regret later. Usually, there is a solution and I wish you luck. If the company suggests turpentine, please shut your pets and children in another room and ventilate well when using it. There is an odorless form of turpentine (IF the company suggests its use) but it still has some odor to it but much less than regular turpentine.
