Some Walmarts carry them but they can be hard to find, but I swear by Spray and Wash Stain Sticks. They get out just about every stain I've encountered. Except red clay mud..nothing gets that out! It's prevalent here in the South.
Try putting something like "Resolve Stain Remover on the spot and let soak in for a day or so. Rub gently and see what happens.
Bar laundry soap, with a small brush like a finger nail brush. Scrub gently. Let sit a while, add to regular laundry. Also try adding 20 Mule Team to your wash.
