You need to look in the instructions with your system, there is most probably something that you need to do to reset it.

It should have reset on it's own or there is a reset button somewhere on your control panel. If you have the booklet that came with it, there should be directions there. I did a little digging around and read that turning the thermostat off by the switch (on the side?), then after a min. or two, turn it back on. That should reset it. If not, here's a couple of other ideas. If it was installed by a heating company, call them. They should know. If not, you can call Lennox.

I was going to say make sure the filter is installed correctly, with the air flow running the right direction, etc. that should trigger a reset, then turn thermostat off and on and it should be all set.

I don't own one of these but, the manual would be the best place to start, if you lost/never had the manual This might work. If it is the touch screen model control, try tapping the alert icon on the bottom row which should bring up the alert info screen , you should be able to reset the filter alert there. Again, don't own one but think that it may work,
